So here it is! The first episode of my new podcast that I thought I’d try out. The basic premise of it is that I pick a theme, and then five songs that fit that theme and talk about them a little bit. I think it could be a neat way to expose people to some music they may not have heard before, and also a way for me to talk about music (which we all know I love to do).
So check it out and let me know what you think. I’ll hopefully be doing more episodes in the coming days, and hopefully get on some kind of schedule. Weekly? I guess we’ll call this a beta test.
The first episode is “Five Songs… that will make you love hip-hop”. Even if you don’t like hip-hop, listen anyway. You’ll probably find SOMETHING good.
Tracklist:
Geto Boys – Mind Playing Tricks On Me
Jurassic 5 – The Influence
